Anyone having Braxton Hicks?

I really am not sure if I am having one or not, but I started having this rock tight feeling on my belly here and there lately.  At first I thought maybe my baby was sitting there, but I am not sure!  It doesn't hurt at all.   

Anyone experiencing it?

Also, anyone doing kegel exercise regulary?  I do it when I go pee, but I think I need to do more!!
