Dumb question, but I'll ask anyway...

I'm a VERY light sleeper and as a result, I sleep with earplugs. I know this is a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway- should I stop once baby gets here? Maybe it's just my recurring nightmares of being a neglectful mom, but I just worry that I won't be able to hear LO at night if I sleep with my earplugs in.
