coconut oil? & mothers milk teas

hey ladies! 

haven't posted to this board.. But I am planning to strictly breastfeed until he starts getting interested in foods & hopefully will be able to breastfeed at least the first year-

My question is for you experienced Bf'ers- Have any of you heard of or used coconut oil for nipple cream?

any opinions as in how well it works? or should I go out and buy some lanolin cream?

Also- I bought some "mothers milk" tea. Planning on drinking it as soon as he comes, then on a daily basis... Any of you have experience with this? does it help or not?
