Hi mspi mamas, just wanted to say I'm thinking about you. This time last year ds was still nursing and I was milk/soy free. The holidays sucked because I felt like I couldn't eat anything. This year I can't eat anything because my morning sickness is so bad,  but I'm here to tell you that I remember. It was tough, but you're doing such a great thing for your kiddos. Good luck!!
