Bf better than EP?

Hi! I normally post on the multiples board, as I have ID triplet girls, almost 3 months old, 1 month adjusted. We are struggling with breastfeeding. They can latch, I have milk. The problem seems to be they don't want to bf. they howl instantly in the breast and as soon as they get a bottle they eat like angles. I know it us confusing for them having to do both, and those negative feedings are beyond stressful for me.

I've talked to two LCs who told me to stick with it because "feeding the babies on the breast is better than EBM in a bottle". Does anyone know why? Or if my baby is SCREAMING through a bfing session, are there still benefits to it? Obviously I'll do what's best, but if EP keeps them happierI'm struggling to find a drawback.
