CLOGGED please help

Ok so I have a clogged milk duct. It is painful , it goes from breast plate to nipple. It's hard and granule feeling I've tried a very hot shower and have been pumping while doing compressions for about 30 minutes now. Any other suggestions? Should I call doc or keep working on it and if still clogged tomorrow call doc? TIA
