I need help!

I have posted here a couple times about increasing my supply. I've been reading that LO should be getting anywhere from 4-7oz each feeding. I don't think he is getting that. When I pump, I get anywhere between 3.5-4.5oz, at the most 5oz. I have been eating oatmeal for the past 2 weeks, drinking water.

What else can I do? Does Fenugreek actually work? I need help, I don't want to stop bf'ing.
