I am due tomorrow and am on my way to do some last minute shopping to stock up on some food for my first week alone with baby. I know that I am going to be far too tired to be cooking 3 big meals a day and while we have some stuff frozen for me to microwave I was wondering if any of you ladies had suggestions on good snacks/ easy to prepare lunches that worked well for you when you first got home from the hospital.
