Warning tmi but need advice

Hello ladies,
When i got home from work and used the bathroom I noticed some blood tinged thicker discharge no smell I had this happen last week as well and woke up the next morning with some bleeding from my cervix and saw the dr who never mentioned when it could be bc he was more reassuring about the baby being fine. I did get a call Monday from ob asking if I had symptoms of a yeast infection bc it came back as being possible from my pap i guess no symptoms of one those Has anyone experienced this??
