Higher blood pressure readings and trace protein :(

For the first time I had trace protein in my urine at 28 weeks. Now at my dr visit on Monday, my bp was 128/88. I've been instructed to monitor at home, so I bought a monitor. My readings for Mon, Tues & Wed nights have been:

124/83

133/94

128/88

All taken at the same time in the evening after being at rest on the couch for at least half an hour.  I have to call my readings in tomorrow. I hope this isn't leading to bed rest...
