Pain in lower areas

So I woke up this morning with some shooting pains across my belly and they were in the lower area where cramps normally are I felt better as the morning went on and I have been at work but now I keep getting those shooting pains in my croch area. It's like a jolt of pain then it goes away. Does anyone know what this is?

I was induced last time so I have no idea what it's like to go naturally into labor but I don't believe anything like that is going on because there is no constant pain or anything.
