23 wks & worried. Anyone else in a similar position?

Hi Ladies,

I rarely post on here, but I like to stay informed and read this forum frequently. I am a FTM of spontaneous twins & about 23 weeks along. I am 5 feet tall, and at this point, I'm already feeling huge. I work 45 hours/week as a registered nurse. I am on my feet about 7 hours out of my work day. I rarely have enough time with eat a good meal while at work or drink enough water. I have to walk, bend, twist, and help lift my patients. I am feeling very worried for my B/G twins even though they have looked fine on ultrasound until this point (50th percentile @ anatomy scan 3 weeks ago).  I feel caught between being a good mom to my unborn babies and working hard at my job that I have absolutely loved up until this point

I have another ultrasound on Wednesday, and I'm hoping babies are on track and cervix  is where it needs to be. Just looking for some consolation or any positive experiences from other MoMs who have been extremely active throughout their pregnancy. Thanks! =)
