Had the stomach flu bug. when will my supply rebound?

I was so, so sick yesterday. I couldn't keep anything down and even had to give my LO pumped milk as my poor bewbies seemed empty (he was really frustrated trying to nurse). I'm sure I was dehydrated.

Anyway... back to work today, feeling much better, eating more and drinking back to normal, but my pump output is about half of what I usually get.

I struggle with supply as it is, so please tell me that this is a short term issue due to my illness yesterday. Any other suggestions/tips are welcome.
