Milk bags froze wrong

Today I found out that DH hasn't been putting my bags in the freezer right for the last couple days. He froze some upright and some bags look like they were just thrown in the freezer. He admitted he has been a little lazy with it and apologized. My question is... Should I even save these bags? I am worried about the bags getting holes or the milk going bad from excess air. Thoughts?
