Telling the boss that you're preggo...!?

Hi mommies to be! I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips on how you brought the fact that you are pregnant up to your boss, and when to do it? I was thinking of waiting until I can no longer hide my belly. I was recently promoted to a pretty great position at the company, and the same month that I got the promotion I found out that I was preggo. I don't think that my new boss will be too thrilled due to the timing of it all. I want to have both a successful career but most importantly be a wonderful mommy. Is anyone else struggling with the career/family balance? Plz help, how did you break it to your boss!??
