dehydration ?

I feel like I'm dehydrated so I'm drinking more water. I'm a little crampy but my question is can it increase your discharge? Sorry if this is tmi but this afternoon I've had more discharge that's kind of milky white one time and like egg white the next. Just wondering if it goes hand in hand . Thanks ladies.
