So, I am 12 weeks 4 days pregnant and I am consistantly loosing weight. I have lost 13lbs since my first OB appt at 5 weeks. I have also met with a nutritionist and am following her plan. I am eating 3 big meals a day and 2 snacks. I have cut all soda out of my diet. Furthermore, I have not had any morning sickness or vomiting.
Does anyone have advice on how to gain weight?
