Dog and new baby?

DH and I are expecting our first baby in July and we currently have a 2 year old Australian Shepherd. She's a great dog, but she barks at EVERYTHING. We've been through 2 different training programs and were able to teach her just about everything, except how to shut up. We've tried shock collars, positive reinforcement, behavior training...normally it's just really annoying, but I won't have her barking and waking/scaring the baby. Anyone else have this problem? What do you plan on doing about it?
