advice wanted....

I pumped up a beautiful stash in anticipation for going back to work.  I only pumped once in the morning and once in the evening.  I was set to go back to work after 12wks off on Nov. 18th, but was in a terrible car accident and now will be off for another 12wks.  I have an entire freezer in my garage full of milk.  I am now worried about being able to use it all.  I am thinking about cutting out a pumping session, but am terribly afraid of losing my supply.  Right about 3mths is when it started to tank with my 3yo.  I can't donate anything I pump now because of the medication I am on due to the accident.  Thoughts on this situation?
