Lipase issues

I unthawed a bag of frozen BM from the beginning of Oct the other day and it smelled really bad. It wasn't spoiled, but it had this weird plasticy/soapy smell to it, and the baby drank it but he fought the bottle more than he usually does. I usually give him fresh pumped milk, but I have so much in the freezer I thought I'd start using that.

After asking friends and doing research I'm positive I have a lipase issue. Does anyone have any tips or tricks they can give me for handling this? Baby is EBF, but I pump once a day before bed just in case we go out or I have someone watch him. What can I do with all of the milk I already have frozen, there's a lot!
