I've been eating healthy and keeping track of my calories the last couple of weeks. I've been staying around 2000. That's plenty right? I'm actually having trouble getting to that. Should I shoot for less? Does it just depend on each individual woman?
I haven't noticed any difference in my supply (I hate pumping so I pretty much quit) so I'm not really sure, other than a difference in LO, how I would notice. How many calories do you all try to stay around? I'd like to lose weight!
