Any useful items to buy early?

November 2012 in 1st Trimester

I have had a m/c in the past so I am a little sceptical to start buying things yet. But I am curious if there is anything, for the baby, that people wished they would have bought early or at least started to look for early. I will hit my second trimester right after Christmas and that will probably be a better time to shop. Just curious on where to start and if there are any items that are a must have. Thanks ladies Smile
