Nursing tanks/bras and nipples

I am small-chested but have big nipples.  Before DS was born, I used to wear padded bras, otherwise my nipples will show through non-padded bras and my outer clothes.  

Now that I'm EBF, my nipples are showing through the nursing tank and whatever blouse/shirt I'm wearing.  Is there any solution to this?  I need to go shop for more nursing tanks/bras this weekend.  The store I'm going to have bravado and glamourmom brands, but I'm not sure if any of their products come padded?

I've been using nursing pads to cover my nips if I have to be out in public, even though I'm not leaking.  I don't really like the pads as they aren't that comfortable and it's another thing I have to put on & take off when I nurse.
