Looking for advice from 3TC - Essure - Tubal IF

Hi there! First I want to say congrats to all of you. I hope to be here some day!

I have tubal infertility with a hydrosalpinx. We are doing essure this week to "fix" the hydro and leaving my good tube alone.

Did anyone here have a similar situation? Any advice on going on to IVF or tyring IUI a couple more times? Any experiences or advice would be great!

Me: 30 - Hydrosalpinx DH: 29 - Low SA TTC: 34+ months (with breaks for sanity)
TI with OPK first 12 months
IUI switched to TI x6 = BFN
IUI x2 = BNF
