The evaluation team put most of her development at around 12 months. They don't feel that speech is her primary problem, they feel she lacks the attention span necessary to learn everything she needs for development, which is why she isn't talking.
So we're starting early intervention, but with a general educator, not a speech specialist. They said she has a lot of good skills but it takes a lot of work to get her to do them.
I'm pretty happy with how it went. Just excited to get her therapy started!
