Who would prescribe Reglan (or other meds)?

I may end up needing medication to help boost my supply.  Who would I have prescribe that?  Would I see my OB about that?  My LC?

Also, question about the meds.  Once you start them, do they help boost your supply and then you can wean off them?  Or are you stuck with them as long as you need the increased supply?

Obviously I will talk with my doctor about the specifics, but I'm curious.
