I am so mad at my company

I called today to check on my maternity leave pay.  I have weird pay so they have some $ that they use.  I wanted to know what it would be in 2013.

I have worked for this company forever -- 13 years.  Mat leave was fully paid after 10 or 12 yrs (basically one week for every year).  This has been a big reason I have stayed over the last few years.  I kept thinking where else would I get this great benefit?

Guess what!  It changed last year.  I only get 6 weeks.  I am so mad right now.  Its just a standard amount for everyone (8 weeks for c-section).  Clearly loyalty is no longer valued.  So I lost my maternity benefit and the pension was stopped.  Yep.  I'm all done with this crap. 

Now I'm stuck because leaving isn't going to help me.  I'm going to try to figure this out before I tell DH.  He isn't going to want to hear my tears that I don't want to go back to work at only 3 months pregnant.
