Bottles for breastmilk

So I plan on breastfeeding exclusively for the first month so as not to introduce nipple confusion. However, I do want to get bottles for my extra breastmilk so DH can bond feeding the baby. However these are  my questions:

 1) How many bottles to get when I mostly want to breastfeed?

 2) Why get 4 ounce versus 9 ounce bottles when you can just half fill a nine ounce bottle? Do they use the small bottles long or should I skip them ?

 3) What glass bottles do you like best?
