My lo is 2 weeks old tomorrow, and I have never felt engorged. Additionally, when I pump (about 10 minutes at a time), I only get 1.5-3 ounces total between both breasts. I'm concerned that I'm not producing enough milk.

Has anyone had any similar experiences?
