Progesterone... And Pooping!!

November 2012 in 1st Trimester

So I had my HCG and progesterone drawn near exactly 5 weeks, and HCG came back 850 and progesterone 19, is this pretty good? I know we're not supposed to be comparing... Also, what is the safest and most effective way to relieve constipation? My stomach is so full it almost hurts to breathe!
