Road trip and pumping??

We are going on our first long road trip with LO. She is almost 4 months, and the car trip is 6 hours. We're going to leave at her bedtime and pray she sleeps on the way. I plan to dream feed her when we arrive and put her back to bed. I don't usually pump after she goes to bed, and she usually sleeps from 8 to 3. But I'm usually asleep. If I'm going to be awake, do I need to pump? I can take my manual pump and pump in the car if I need to. WWYD?
