I decided to follow drs orders and give ds formula...he also has reflux. Two ounces in, and about 5 mins later, 2 ounces came back out. Formula seemed too harsh on his belly. My decision was made, bf after all.

After 24 hrs on the bili blanket, his number dropped dramatically. So, bfing didnt seem to be a bad thing. Plus, now hes much more active, and eating like craaaaaazy. Now i understand the "baby attached to the boob" thing!

Thanks foe all the input. I hate that bfing is one of the first things targeted when theres a problem. And i really feel like my pedi is conservative.
