Emily's 4 month appointment was today. She soared through the shots like a champ, was declared very advanced for her age, and given a clean bill of health. The pedi gave us the go ahead for oatmeal and veggies (Yay!). But when she found out that Em is only sleeping 4 hours maximum at a time, she said it was probably time to sleep train. I have no idea how to do that. I thought we couldn't start until she was out of our room, so I haven't researched it at all. She suggested a book called Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child. Anyone heard of or used this?
Even if you haven't used that book, what other method have you used? I'm going to research, but value your advice. TIA
