Obvs NBR: Excel smartpants people help!

I don't use excel much in the formula sense (I'm a wedding planner.... doesn't come up much other than SUM) and I need some help.

I have a basic formula in a cell (like A1*.8) but I want it to rounddown the results if they aren't an even number (so 32.4 becomes 32 displayed in the cell).  I know there's a Rounding function but I can't remember how to do it, and Googling hasn't gotten me very far.

Help? 

Feeling annoyed and dumb because I KNOW it's a quick fix but I can't seem to find it, ugh!
