I think DD officially outgrew the swing

She is so heavy it doesnt swing anymore. She only likes it on the highest setting. I thought maybe it was the battery and I changed them. Nope. Its barely swinging. 

Now how am I going to force her to nap? WAAAAAAAAAH!
