FF, quick question

We bf and daycare supplements with formula so I'm not as knowledgable on FF! I made up a bottle of part formula part juice, per pedi for constipation, on Saturday morning. She didn't eat out of it and it's been capped and in the fridge since. Is that bottle still ok to give?? TIA
