s/o bedtime clothes--PJs for potty training

So we're in the midst of PT Scott.  He's doing great so far--pee accidents are very very rare now.  Pooping is another issue and did I mention how gross poop in undies is?  yuck!  But that's another story...

We're still putting him in a pullup for overnight--we haven't tackled nighttime training yet.  But when we do, I realized these zip up footed PJs aren't the best choice.  Do most people do the shirt and pants/shorts type of thing?  What about socks?  Not sure if DS will wear socks to bed.  He's also one of those kiddos who doesn't stay under the covers so I worry about him getting cold.
