Just a quickie update for you (since you've asked previously) and anyone else who is curious-

After a little more than a week on Domperidone, I have started to notice an increase in BM supply.  On 20mg 4x/day, Lillian only needed 1 small top-off after BF'ing yesterday instead of every single time!  

I did the usual pumping 3x plus BF'ing and I was actually +3ish oz for the day!  I actually put 3oz of milk in the fridge!!  On average I have been -1 or -.5oz per day for the past month.

I'll let you know if this trend continues, but so far I am wildly optimistic!
