Dear SalesLady at work,

OMFG. I am the Director of HR. I am NOT your mother.

I am sorry that you wanted dental insurance and you are not currently enrolled. The fact of the matter is you never gave me your forms. You say you told me you wanted it and that I should have followed up... here's the thing... I oversee hr for 500 people. I do not have time, energy, desire or even the mental capacity to remember each time someone says they want something and then chase them down.

You're a grown ass person, not a child. I should not have to chase you down for something you want.

Now you have to wait until open enrollment in June. Too bad, so sad.
