Painfully full after feeding
Hi all, my 4 week old son is doing really well with latching and staying on but lately I've noticed that my right breast is still painfully full even after a 30 min feeding.
He's actively sucking 90 of the time so I feel he's eating enough. I alternate sides too so I'm not sure if I'm over producing or not.
Oh and does anyone else get little purple bruise like marks on their nipples? My son is a very strong sucker and I get these often. Anyway was just curious TIA for the help.
