Getting the last drop?

Ok this might be a dumb question:

Ok, so I've been following all the methods to pace a botle on Kellymom.com, Womenly Art of BFing, etc.

However, if your supposed to keep baby in a mostly upright position, and keep the bottle horizontal . . . how do you get the last few drops out?  I've afraid to lean DD back or tilt the bottle forward because I don't want her to choke. 

Do you just tilt the bottle towards LO to get the last few drops?
