7.5 months old... milk strike?

I have been EBFing since the start, and lately my DD is just refusing to nurse or take a bottle during the day. She has a junky cough this week and I'm sure she's teething (though she has no teeth) but what 7.5 month old isn't? She nursed at midnight and 4:55am today.  She nursed for like 1 min around 9am and maybe one more minute around noon and hasn't eaten since, so for all intents and purposes, hasn't really nursed for about 11hrs. She ate a decent lunch of fruit and puffs. I'm not really sure what to do or what is normal.  Before she got sick, I was struggling to get her to nurse or take a bottle 5x/day as she was leaning more towards 4.  But she was also STTN, only waking around 5 or 6am, now she's getting up twice a night.
