Weird switch in nursing behavior

DS (10.5 WO) has been very consistent in his routine. He always wakes from naps, get a diaper change, nurses, then plays for a while (up for 60-90 min) before going back down for a nap.

All week this week he has been super inconsistent. He will wake up and cry at the breast, completely refusing it until he is grumpy enough to go back to sleep, then he will will nurse back to sleep. Or, the variation is he will eat for a couple of minutes before downright spitting out the breast, then want to nibble again 20 minutes later, and maybe again before nap. Sometimes he goes completely without eating between naps!

Should I be concerned or is this just a normal change?
