What to do about nursing strike?

My lo is 12 weeks and refusing to nurse. I do have a low supply probably 16 to 18 oz so I supplement 6 to 8 oz of formula. I'm guessing he decided he likes the bottle better so do I give up and pump or is there a way to get him back interested in the breast?
