BF while pregnant?

I'm still early in this pregnancy and I am in the process of weaning DS to 2 sessions (morning and night) I'm hoping to continue this as long as possible. I have a few questions and I'm hoping you ladies can help.

1) I remeber my nipples be incredibly sore for the first couple of weeks of BF, if I stop before LO #2 do I get to look forward to this again?

2) Is BM for a 19mo (DS will be 19mo at birth of LO#2) sufficient for a newborn?

3) Will my BM come back in full force at birth of LO#2 if I continue to BF at this rate?

I plan on asking my OB and LC at my next apt but wanted to get info now if I could. TIA.
