5 moth old refusing bottle - may need to start daycare soon

Help! DD is EBF and has only had an occasional bottle up until now. Last time DH gave her a bottle she flat out refused it. Up until now it wasn't an issue because I work from home 3 days a week and had my mother over on those days to watch DD. Well, that arrangement may not work out anymore as my mother and I have not spoken for two weeks due to an argument. 

How do I get DD to take a bottle? Is it too late? She'll take a dropper for her acid reflux meds but I can't expect daycare to feed her from a dropper, right? Could I try a sippy cup?
