Yeast Smell

I have noticed that there is a yeast like smell coming from my breasts. Almost like bread. My nipples have been a bit more tender when DS is eating but I have contributed it to him pulling on them more when eating .... Ouch! He just wants to see everything! It's not super painful though.

Could it be thrush? Or is it normal? I don't see any white spots in DS's mouth and I thought thrush was super painful?
