Pregnant and Breastfeeding

Hi. I have a 7 mo old that I'm breastfeeding. I am almost 5 weeks pregnant. I was curious about the other ladies on here and their experiences BFing while pregnant. DS now has a couple teeth and has bitten me. On top of that and my nipples being sorer, I'm taking it day by day.

Did you gradually wean? Did your supply drop? Did you successfully Bf the whole time while pregnant? I need some insight into what the next few months could be like. TIA.
