Anyone else NOT have leaking/pain at incision site after leaving the hospital?

I read post after post about leaking or pain weeks/months after delivery.  I had nothing like that after my c/s.  About 2 days after the c/s (so still in the hospital) I had some nerve pain, but some Demerol took care of that.  Are only the "bad" stories getting posted, or did I get off lucky?  I'm getting a little nervous reading these posts if my experience was rare and I end up with another c/s. 

I've had 1 vaginal delivery and 1 c/s delivery.  Neither was really better/worse, just different.
