Anyone BF while pregnant.

So LO is 4 months old and we just found out we are pregnant again.

I want to continue BF'ing but have heard conflicting sides. I know its going to take a toll on me. It already has between working 50+ hrs a week, BFing/pumping, and being pregnant. I'm so worn down. But Im thinking with enough rest and eating a balanced diet that I can do it. I have to talk to both the pediatrician and my OB GYN, but I'm worried that with DD being a SGA (small for gestational age) and that one being a high risk pregnancy, and me being anemic, that they are not going to advise me to stop. I just need to hear other success stories. And prayers that the Drs will support me! TIA
